Welcome Center - Sustainability

Welcome Center

The point of entry into Las Torres Reserve and the Park. Get all your questions answered and learn how to leave no trace during your visit.

Let’s get your adventure off on the right foot

All people and vehicles stop here before entering the Reserve, for a warm welcome and helping hand regarding the logistics of their stay. Here you can make reservations, book services, and get all your questions answered. There are bathrooms, a cafeteria, and a small shop stocked with outdoor gear and souvenirs. For hikers staying in mountain hostels or camping or those waiting for a shuttle on their way out, this is a great place to have a snack or enjoy a beer.

The Las Torres Reserve is dedicated to sustainable management of our natural and cultural reserve, which is why we also remind all tourists of best practices and ways to reduce the impact of their visit.

Once your all set, step foot outside the Welcome Center and right into the start of the trails! Hotel guests who come in their own vehicle simply need to show their reservation, and will then continue to the Hotel about 1km / .6mi away.

What will you see?

We greatly enjoyed our time here. The excursions showed us things we’d been dreaming of for years. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only regret is that our stay was too short to take every excursion we wanted! We took the all inclusive option and I would definitely recommend that route.

An amazing place with staff who were so friendly and helpful both in organising our excursions and room service. We especially appreciated our many guides, Josie, Alex, Deanne, Martius, Diago and Kristen for their understanding and knowledge of the area. I was very fortunate to see a puma during one of our excursions.
Where the hotel is situated, leaves me breathless, each time I walk around.
So finally, my husband and I would like to thank you for everything.
